If you booked a tour, you can access your booking via a quick email link login. ​ There are two ways to access your booking dashboard: 1) Through ABT Go to AdventureBibleTours.wetravel.com. Click "Sign In" and enter the email you used to book your tour. We will send you a secure Magic Link. Please check your inbox, and remember that the link will be valid for 15 minutes. 2) Through ABT's emails Please check your inbox for emails from Adventure Bible Tours. These emails contain links to your booking details. When you click the link, your email address will already be auto-filled, or alternatively, please enter the email you used to book your tour. You will then receive a secure Magic Link. Please check your inbox, and remember that the link will be valid for 15 minutes.

There are two ways to pay:   1) You will receive an email from Adventure Bible Tours. The email will have a big button "Make Payment". Just click on the button, sign in to your account, and you will be redirected to the payment page.     2) You can at any time sign in to your dashboard at AdventureBibleTours.wetravel.com and pay your balance there. Click on "My Trips".  Then click on "Manage Booking"   Then click on "Make a payment" on the right or left side of the screen.   A pop-up appears where you can pay your next or all of the remaining installments.    Select a saved payment method or enter a new one and click "Confirm Payment" Reminder: Payments made using your US Checking Account "eCheck", incur no service fee.

Airfare is booked as part of a group reservation in economy class. With group airfare, the airline, not our office, controls all seat assignments. Unfortunately, we are unable to assign, or guarantee specific seats (including aisle, window, or seats together) at the time of booking. However, we do submit requests for families and/or roommates to be seated together, and the airlines will most often honor those requests. In addition, the airline does not release seat assignments for group reservations until approximately 30 days prior to departure. This means we will not know the specific seat numbers until that time. Once tickets are issued and emailed to all travelers (about 30 days before the trip), you may be able to log directly into the airline’s website to view your reservation. If the airline has made seats available for advance selection, you may choose seats at that time for an additional fee. Please note that this option is entirely dependent on the airline’s availability and policies, and seat selection is not guaranteed, even at that stage.

You will receive reminder emails based on the due dates for info. These emails will have links to log into your booking dashboard, where you can view and complete any outstanding tasks. The initial booking confirmation email will also display any pending tasks. On your booking dashboard, you will see a blue prompt listing possible actions. One of these is “Complete your info” — this is where you will find and fill out Passport info, and any other information still missing.

Travel insurance is not required for our tours, but we strongly recommend it to protect your investment and provide peace of mind in case of unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel delays. You are welcome to shop for travel insurance through any provider you prefer. We encourage travelers to compare coverage options and choose the plan that best fits their needs. We are proud to partner with Trawick International, which provides travel insurance coverage for both U.S. and international travelers. You can purchase travel insurance during your booking process or anytime afterward by logging into your booking dashboard. Note: Please keep in mind that you can only purchase Trawick travel insurance at least 48 hours before the departure date. Steps to Purchase Your Insurance There are two ways to add insurance to your booking.   1) During the booking process: After you select your package and enter your information, you'll reach the Insurance tab. Here, you'll have the option to add insurance to your booking or proceed without it. If you choose to add insurance, you will be prompted to enter additional information about yourself and your tour on the next page. You can then click "Continue." Trawick will provide you with a quote and details on your travel insurance based on the information entered.   You can view more details about the policy by clicking "View benefit details," and more detailed information by clicking "Terms & Conditions."   If offered, the "Cancel for any reason" (CFAR) option will also appear on this page. Note: Cancel for any reason (CFAR) can only be purchased within 21 days of booking the tour and is valid only if purchased at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure date. CFAR is only available on certain plans and under specific conditions. After reviewing all the information, click "Continue" to proceed with completing your booking and purchasing your insurance.   If you select to continue without insurance, you will be directed to the payment section to complete your booking. 2) After booking your trip: You can click the "Add Insurance" button to start. You can also access the travel insurance option directly on your booking dashboard. Scroll down and click on "Get travel insurance" or "Add Insurance." You'll be redirected to Trawick Insurance and can follow the same steps provided above.   Once you are ready, you can proceed with completing your purchase! Note: Travel insurance has restrictions, exclusions, and limitations, and does not cover everything. Coverage varies by country, state, or province. We recommend that you check the policy documents or ask Trawick for full details. Things to know after purchase Once purchased, you will receive an email confirmation with more details on your policy and the insurance support contact information. You will also receive a separate confirmation email from the insurance provider. Note: Please keep in mind that the trip and the insurance are charged separately, so you will notice two transactions on your statement. You can view your insurance details under "Travel Insurance" in your booking dashboard. By clicking "View Details," you will see your insurance benefits, Terms and Conditions, and Trawick's contact information.   If any participant hasn't purchased insurance yet, it will be listed under "Uninsured participants," and you can add it by selecting "Add insurance."

If the premium is reduced or the policy is cancelled, the change is reflected in the booking dashboard once the amendment has been fully processed. If a refund is applicable, it is issued accordingly, and the email will include all relevant information. If the premium increases, then you can pay the additional amount directly from your booking dashboard. A reminder email is sent after 24 hours if the outstanding amount has not been paid. Quick Insurance F.A.Q.: 1) Will Adventure Bible Tours be able to see my Insurance purchase and help me when needed? No, ABT does not have any visibility. Please contact Trawick directly or info@wetravel.com for technical support. 2) What happens if my tour or booking is cancelled? Canceling your booking does NOT automatically cancel your policy. You must confirm all modifications directly with Trawick.   3) Can I make Changes or Cancel my policy? Please contact Trawick directly for any questions, changes, refunds, or cancellations.
