TERMS & CONDITIONS

TOUR PRICE
The tour price is per person, based on double occupancy in hotel rooms.  Single rooms are subject to availability with an additional charge. (If a passenger cannot supply a roommate and Adventure Bible Tours is unable to do so, or the roommate cancels before departure, the passenger will have to pay the supplemental charge. Passengers may be billed after the final payment due date for single room accommodations as necessary.) Quoted tour prices include planning, handling, operational charges, and are based on the current fuel costs, rate of exchange, and tariffs. These costs are subject to revision due to foreign exchange rates, fuel costs, or tariff increases, and such increases in price will be added to the passenger's final billing. Adventure Bible Tours reserves the right to vary itineraries, prices, and to substitute facilities and/or hotels of equal or better quality if necessary.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & FINAL PAYMENT
A reservation form and a partial non-refundable $500 deposit are required for each individual. Reservations, deposits, and final payments are due no later than 85 days before departure (due dates may vary depending on tour).

PAYMENTS

Payments can be made online by using our booking manager platform, OR sent by mail with a check, cashier's check, or money order. Online payments can be made through eCheck (US Checking Account) or by credit card which incurs a service fee at checkout.  Mailed payments can be sent to:

Partial payments of the final amount can only be sent by mail with a check, cashier's check, or money order.

Payments not received on time can result in reservation cancelation without refund.

INCLUDED
Round trip airfare (if purchased through ABT), air taxes and fuel charges (subject to change), hotels, breakfast, and dinner daily, full-time English-speaking guide, air-conditioned deluxe motor coach, all guides, entrances, touring, special meals, and transportation as appears on the itinerary, baggage handling at hotels (one piece), tips to driver, all guides, hotel staff, and restaurant staff.

NOT INCLUDED
Lunches not on the itinerary, travel insurance, passport cost, laundry service, food, and beverages (including coffee and tea) not usually included with regular meals, and souvenirs.

 

CANCELATION
Cancelation in writing must be received by Adventure Bible Tours prior to departure for an appropriate refund on the tour cost, minus the following fees:

91+ Days Prior: $100 processing fee
90-75 Days Prior: Deposit Amount of $500 per person lost
74-64 Days Prior: 50% of tour cost lost
63-55 Days Prior: 75% of tour cost lost
54-45 Days Prior: 100% of tour cost lost

(Airline penalties are not part of the percentages above and vary based on each individual airline policy.)
Cancelation of trip funds are non-transferable. Once registered, individuals may not transfer their tour booking to another individual.

*Travel insurance is non-refundable.


AIRFARE, TAXES, AND FEES
Airline flights are economy class (if purchased through ABT).  Various taxes, fuel charges, and airport fees are included in the air ticket expense. Such fees may be subject to increase by governments and/or airlines and will be the responsibility of the client at any time. Baggage weight, size restrictions, and fees may change and are the responsibility of the client.

Adventure Bible Tours will arrange for the best-priced airfare available at the time of booking. Passengers wishing to cancel and or change their air reservation may be subject to cancelation penalties.  ABT does not have the ability to assign seating for flights. Seat assignments will be done at the airport check-in. All taxes, fuel charges, and security fees are subject to change based on the ticketing date.

Airfares quoted by Adventure Bible Tours are group fares and cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Airlines involved in tours are not responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their planes or conveyances. Adventure Bible Tours is not responsible for unforeseen flight delays, charges due to changes required during political unrest, or schedule changes imposed by the airlines.  Air schedules may be subject to change at the discretion of the airlines. Upgrades and associated costs are the sole responsibility of the passenger after ticketing.

It is the passenger’s responsibility to provide valid identification in the form of a passport or other required identification at the time of airport check-in.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & PARTICIPATION
Participants are required to be in good health, able to climb stairs and ascending grades without assistance; walk up to 3-plus miles daily at a moderate pace on uneven terrain, and able to transport their own luggage.  Adventure Bible Tours cannot accept any passengers that have physical or mobility limitations, as tour itineraries require full mobility.

The tour leader has the right to require non-mobile persons to stay behind when deemed necessary while on tour. The tour leader has the right to terminate the tour membership of any individual displaying behavior that is detrimental to individuals on the tour or interfering with the operations of the tours.  Private group tours vary in regard to mobility standards.

 

PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS
All international tours require a current passport. Passports must be valid for up to six months after your return date, as required by law. Passport cards or photocopies of passports are not acceptable forms of identification. Names and passport information on registration must appear exactly as shown on the individual’s passport. Non-U.S. citizens are responsible to fulfill the appropriate entry requirements of the destination countries. Contact the local consulate of the country or countries you intend to visit for information.

 

CHILDREN
Minors traveling with either one parent or no parents must have a certified letter of permission from the parent or parents who is/are not traveling. This letter must be presented at airport check-in.

 

RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY
Adventure Bible Tours and the participating tour operators, operate the land tours offered under this program only as agents of the railroads, car rental contractors, steamship lines, hotels, bus operators, sightseeing contractors, and others which provide the actual land arrangements and are not liable for any act, omission, delay, injury, loss or damage or nonperformance occurring in connection with these land arrangements. International or domestic air carriers and other IATA carriers, steamship lines or other transportation companies whose services are featured in these tours are not to be held responsible for any act, omission, or event during the time passengers are not on board their conveyance.

The passenger's contract in use by these companies when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the companies and the purchaser of these tours and/or passengers. The tour operator reserves the right to change the itinerary, delete or substitute sites when the tour operator feels it to be in the best interest of the tour.

Adventure Bible Tours does not provide additional assistance to any passengers that have physical or mobility limitations, as tour itineraries require full mobility. Adventure Bible Tours is not responsible for any losses or damages of personal property, injuries, thefts, or unforeseen expenses incurred by any tour member.
 

LAND ONLY
From time to time a tour may be canceled due to not materializing. If you choose to purchase a land-only package and arrange your own domestic and international flight independently, Adventure Bible Tours will not be responsible for domestic, international flights or transfers of any kind. Adventure Bible Tours is not responsible for any international flight schedule changes. If domestic tickets are purchased by an individual, all penalties and fare differences will be paid by the client. Land Only passengers are not guaranteed airport meetings and assistance, including transfers to and from the airport.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Adventure Bible Tours offers trip insurance through Travel Guard. Acting only as agents for suppliers, Adventure Bible Tours is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft of luggage and/or personal belongings, or for personal injury, accident, and/or illness. For your own protection, it is important you have adequate insurance to cover these possibilities. You should carry proof of insurance in the event you need medical attention while traveling. It is the responsibility of the traveler to be insured and to select a provider. Adventure Bible Tours is not responsible if you cancel your trip and choose not to use the insurance offered. No refund will come from Adventure Bible Tours concerning any purchased insurance. Travel Guard Travel Insurance is the recommended provider of Adventure Bible Tours.
